update: sans whimsy...
not in a state to write right now, but i am stuck at work, long past closing time on those last few precious summer hours fridays. today has been terrible. but when i'm feeling better, i will gladly write verbosely and at least semi-wittily about the following events:
1. last crazy weekend in dc that reminded me a lot of summers past... random girls' parties, dancing with my favorite ladies at black cat, 6 am crashing.
2. last night in my manhattan studio. wild last-minute packing and wild last-minute drinking. one last project runway.
3. first night in my brooklyn apartment. boxes and essential items strewn every which way. so much work to do.
kind of blew up at work today and felt like a complete douche. but thankfully, i work with some really understanding people.
must have some fun this weekend.
