a few weekends ago, ben and i stopped in just about every thrift store that crossed our path in the east village. there were cowboy boots. and stacked heel boots. and slouchy boots galore. none in my size (except for a particulary pricey pair) but they were fun to look at nonetheless.
i've been going through a i've-got-to-get-a-romper phase for the past few weeks so you can imagine my excitement when i came across a particularly fabulous 70s romper at one of those east village stores. it was a crazy jewel-toned rainbow number with cuffed short-shorts, a high neck and kehole back. unfortunately my torso was far too long to accomodate such a form-fitting number so i had to put it back on the rack.
ben came across this amazing faux leather fanny pack. i wanted him to buy it so badly.
unfortunately...
